Chemical Property parameter Estimation

I require a chemical property estimation methods to be done using C++ or matlab whichever you find easier. Kindly note that there should not be any copyright infringement. All coding should be unique and not copied. Copyright should belong to us as we need it for some analysis. Chemical property estimation method should includes - i)Peng Robinson ii) UNIFAC iii) UNIQUAC iv) NRTL v) NRTL-RK vi) ideal gas vii)RK SOAVE viii) BK10 etc. It should be able to calculate individual property parameters and mixture property parameters, once basic data is provided.
