Design a MLM Compensation Plan

I want an excel or a program to design and calculate values and commissions to a MLM. I wanted to create a tri binary and level. Same concept of a standard binary but with 3 legs. The purpose of having 3 legs is because I want business people to create 3 teams. Even though that businessman sponsors 100 people, there will be spill over to put those extra 97 people anywhere under the first 3. For example, businessman can be paid by the lesser of those 3. The initial product is a little dynamic. Businessmen will sell prepaid mobile service from an external platform. Then, volume is gonna be exported in an excel file and imported manually on the MLM structure. Each service has a different margin of profit, from 4-6%. For example, a $50 service can give $2.50. Because each cell company is different, % of profit is different as well. Maybe we can choose an average and then assign that % towards volume.
