conver .fis file to a java jar file

Hello everyone, i have a very simple project. I built a fuzzy logic system in my matlab software and saved it as a .fis file. Now i want to use this fuzzy logic for my java code. (my fuzzy system has 5 inputs and 1 output) My plan is to get the logic as a jar file and use java programming for asking the user inputs and give one result. Is there anyone who can convert this .fis file to a jar file. This is a very simple job which may take max 1 hr. i need an expert to do the job and explain it as well.
