Welcome to Freelancer! There are a lot of good coders out there. Freelancer asks everyone to review the people they work with after every project. This will give you some insight on what to expect from the person you are getting ready to work with. You mentioned 9 tables and 5 forms does that mean you already have a database? With the Exports to MS Excel are you talking about a data dump or are the Excel sheets formatted? Either is fine just if you are using formatted you are going to want to make sure the Coder you choose is proficient in Visual Basic Application, VBA. Unless you are wanting to format I would suggest creating the Reports in Access and export them to PDF files. This way the format is set and no one can adjust it once it is set. For the past 15 years I have worked with Excel/MS Access and 11 years with MS SQL Server 7.0 and 2005. I have been doing my contracting work with VWorker/Freelancer for the past 3 years; during that time I have completed 70 projects ranging from Excel/Access VBA to SQL Server database constructions. In my experiences over the past 3 years I know how daunting it is to try and describe what you are wanting along with sifting through numerous bids.
