Access Databases

Thanks for the invitation. I will do the job within 2 days I will develop an Access Database that will keep a small listing of customers, and will allow them to select a plan, and then send a small invoice based on this information. Access Database will have the following fields First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, Cell Phone Number, Emergency Contact, Emergency Contact Address, Emergency Contact Phone, Notes, Plan Selected. The Plan Selected will have a drop down box: One Call Bi Weekly One Call Per Week Two Calls Per Week One Call Working Days The Invoice will be based on these plans 1 Call Bi-Weekly 5.00 1 Call Per Week 7.00 2 Calls Per Week 14.00 1 Call Working Days 45.00 Setup Fee 30.00 The Setup Fee will be a one time for the first invoice only. Hi, I have extensive experience in Access within the investment banking industry and I also have two postgraduate qualifications so your project will be straightforward to implement. I specialise in making Access databases appear as first class Windows applications so they're easy and enjoyable to use. Please see the portfolio section of my profile (accessible by clicking Systems 3000) for examples. I estimate you'll need two data entry forms (1 to add customer information, 1 to add/edit plan information/pricing) and one report (the invoice) which I can add logos to for a more customised/professional look. The invoice will be sent using Outlook automation so you'll just click a button and the email will be generated automatically with the option of displaying it first to review/edit its contents. The customer listing will indicate when/if an email has been sent already. I will also implement additional features, e.g. customer search/filter and automatic backup as standard, and any other features you require.
