I require a simple database which allows us to create information requests on our projects. Database is attached with fields. This is how it works. Main form: 1. Combo box - Populated with projectID's. After-Update triggers a re-load of the subform datasheet showing all RFI's for that project. 2. Subform-Datasheet - Shows all RFI's for that project. 3. Option to "Edit SElected" or "View Selected" View Selected - Brings RFI up in a "Report View". The report view will be a template (Similar to attached doc). Which can then be printed. Edit Selected - Allows user to edit RFI and save. 4. NEW RFI - Creates new RFI in a form, user enters subject, body, response/action. All other fields are pre-populated. *** THIS IS URGENT. PREFERABLY CREATE THE DATABASE WORKING, SEND TO ME PROTECTED OR SCREENSHOTS. THEN I WILL AWARD THE PROJECT TO YOU, RELEASE FUNDS AND YOU CAN UPLOAD THE DATABASE..
