Blocking ftp , internet , clipboard copying and RDP drive sharing

Hi Read the below requirement carefully. Do not bid without reading it completely We Provide windows 7 computers remote access to programmers so we would like to protect ourselves so that programmers cannot copy or take our code in any manner. How it works : They rdp into our windows 7 computer and here is my suggestion and ofcourse you should suggest if I am saying anything wrong here. 1) Block FTP on windows 7 so that user cannot ftp this machine. 2) Make a user in windows 7 with which this remote programmer will login and apply some policy so that user can rdp this computer but user cannot access internet on this computer. Also policy should be there that user cannot change network settings like ip address, gateway and dns because you cannot disable internet as then user wont be able to rdp as well but you can make a rule that outgoing http or any other protocol will not go to the gateway but will go to this computer only. Thus internet will never work. Similarly user will not be able to ftp or transfer anything from this machine as well as you can use same concept for those protocol as well. 3) Disable clipboard so that user cannot copy code. 4) Disable rdp drive sharing so that user cannot share his local drive with this windows 7. I know only these ways through which a remote programmer can take the code. If there is any other way, please let me know and I would like to block that as well. I want this to be done Right away so please apply if you do it right away in next few hours or so. Please tell me how much time in hours you will take and what will be the price.
