Add Print to Wifi Printer Feature for Android App

We are looking for a developer to help us implement a print to wi-fi printer function to our existing android app.
What our app does is allow customers to retrieve a queue number by pressing a button, which will then print out the queue number for the customer.
Right now the app does not have the print feature. A queue number is issued but nothing is printed.
Aside from this print feature, the app is fully functional. This is an Android tablet app.
Some of the key things that will be required:
1. No multi-step printing; we want the customer to be able to press the button on our app and it will print out the queue number immediately; no pressing multiple button
2. Target printer is a wireless thermal printer (commonly used to generate receipts or queue numbers in shops) connected via wifi.
3. Must be able to help us publish the apps to Google Playstore using our account.
4. An understanding of Amazon Cloud will be helpful since our app is using this service
What You Need to Know Before Bidding:
• A Copyright Transfer Agreement when the project is completed and the source code is handed over to us
• Skype is mandatory so we can constantly update each other
