Android Iphone Windows App - Online Survey

Hi Freelancers, I am a web designer and looking for someone with a sound understanding of Objective-C to assist me with designing Mobile and Windows apps. The app is a questionnaire (approx 20 questions) that users have to answer on the daily basis. I would like the app to be compatible on Android as well as I-phone. Also would like to have a same app designed for windows (desktop users) so they can participate in our survey as well. If you are capable of doing only windows app or only mobile apps, you can still bid on the project but let me know whether your bid is for creating mobile or windows. The winner of this project must have a basic understanding of JavaScript (Plus CSS and HTML). Also the ability to self-motivate, work autonomously and attention to details are the attributes I will be seeking for this bidder. PM me if you have any questions and suggestions.
