Hi, Please find the rough idea this proposal. 1. Text View with a transparent background should be added on top of each tile, - The base layout of QuiltView is a GridLayout and all the images are added as LinearLayout. - So we need to create a layout with property layout_alignParentTop=true, transparent color and text view inside it. - Add it to LinearLayout and also need to change some classes to pass the text with images. 2. Image and the text for textview should be sent from rss feed - RSS feed is xml file and need to write a xml parse to get the data and show it on screen. 3. Clicking on each tile should open a intent/activity with different parameter - We can use putExtra("Param1", "Value") to add different parameter at runtime and will load the activity/intent.
