Android: Small Voice Recording App needed

we need a simple voice recording app for Android systems running on 2.1 and higher. The app should have only 1 button. When the recording button is clicked, the user can record his voice for up to 120 seconds. Once the voice is recorded, an MP3 file should be created and this MP3 file should be send via POST to a PHP script on our server, which will email it to the user. Sending this MP3 file should happen in the background: If no internet connection is available (or if there is an error when sending it), then the file should be sent automatically as soon as the internet connection is back.
