Love to face challenges and this project looks challenging for me. I have built an android application that sends its location to the same application installed on the other android phone. Communication of location in that application was through SMS and email. But I can easily perform Client-server communication to exchange locations. Apart from this I have a dedicated team that can help me to complete this project. Looking forward for your reply.

During reading project spec. I understood that you need application to post current GPS position to WebServers from android app. I have almost complete solution for you. My app currently sending data with JSON to webserver with unique sessionId, unique user/ login, and device information depends on your needs (for. ex. IMEI, Sim No.) User must login first (define username/password in desktop app). Android send to webserver login request and after succesfull response allow user to log in and use another functions of application. (user login and password is encrypted also if you want. Application can send to server gps coorinates (lat, lng, alt,accuracy, speed - depends on your needs) instant or after user action (synchronize) - just in case no gsm connection. So every gps position of device is stored in database and available to post. Your role is only to receive this data and show them in the map. I can modify this app for yours usage criteria. I will need explanation what is simple administrator setup screen - what functions should be implemented. Best regards Sebastian
