Android application, connection to foscam and remote database with simple register and login.

i want to create a project, i attached files also, the project should be able to do this. 1) connect to mysql database which is in my computer, let me know what should be done to get this to work. 2) user camera ip address and username and password for camera should be saved in database. 3) foscam basic functions right/left etc. 4) voice to text then if text is right/left etc. same actions should be done. ( voice to text is done) 5) over all a person will register an account in this system and save all detail about camera , then login with just username and password for the application, and database will connect to the camera.
