From your requirement, Our understanding is that, we will have to build an app where users can fill the details of the vehicle and app returns the suitable accessories. Since the app will work offline so we are planning to use SQLite database for the android local storage, because its very light weight and easy to use and productive. We are planning to create a form where users can fill the details of their vehicle and we have some predefined data that will be stored in our local database( or one more thing we can do here is that on opening the app we can call web service at the first time. So our local database will be updated ). From that database we will show the suitable accessories for that vehicle in an activity. We are planning to take a sync button, so on pressing that (When Internet connection is available) local database will be updated. Or we are proposing you to for auto sync so that, database will be updated. We take the total cost of ownership for this app and guarantee our best of efforts for it. Please let us know the following queries that will help us to proceed with app and which is guaranteed to have an impact on the user. a) What will be fields of the form that will be filled by users.
