App and Website Development Project

On the surface this is a very basic project with a unique concept. The functionality of the app and website is simple and though you may not understand right now I will explain the full purpose of the app after we have decided to work with you. There will be two sections of the app and website, one for the end user and one for business'. I will give a brief description of the functionality required for both.. For end users of the app, a completely seamless registration process will be required that will enable them to simply enter their Facebook information and have our system do the rest. Just like tinder or any other social app, the website/app will be able to gather all the required information about the user and his/her friends list automatically and classify them into a detailed demographic. For business' the process will also be very simple. By navigating through a sequence of drop down menus, they will select an incredibly specific demographic based on everything from age, region, sex, interests etc... From there, they will be shown all of the users of the app that meet their exact requirements based on the facebook information obtained by the app. Business' should then be able to post content that can be viewed by users of the app that meet their specific demographic. There will be a back end required for both users and business' that will allow them to track their activity within the app, however this will be very basic and will require no out of the box programming or design. We will also require a way to verify certain links have been posted to someones website or social media page and a way to track the hits and views if possible. These are the major requirements of the app and website, like I said very basic. We have received high praise for this idea and have won an entrepreneur competition here in Canada but ran into issues with our developer being to busy. We are looking for a low cost, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL solution and would consider giving up equity in the business along with payment for the app to the right candidate.
