Create Android Application

We need (urgent about 1 day devepment "just wokring" quality) the same app ([login to view URL]) on Android 4.0 or higher. Right now we have some application ([login to view URL] explain how it work) but it have some bug with loading and save pictures in local storage. it was wrote on intel XDK (phonegap). but it have hall graphics that need in that projects (background, icons, css, etc) source in gotoural/assets folder first time application start. 1.)
