Develop App for iOS and Adndroid for bookings

We need aplication for android and ios We will provide design. The design will looking something similar like [login to view URL] ( but the web page pdesign not the aplications inselfs) with same funtionalities + map. Only for mobile but also providing afmin for customers for adding and mange calenders add information for the apartment/hotel/hostal etc... Alos admin for us to control registrations. Its look that there are many work but we th design will be clear and clean. For customer admin should have picture adding mode, caldender, description, map, price ading options. Should be able to add more then property. Design will be provided by us as well. Will be taken in cosideration developers with long expirience. PRice should be acording to our progect will not pay more then estimated in the beginings. Means thath if you say 100$ AFTER THAT YOU CAN NOT ASK FOR MORE OR WE WILL STOP COLABORATING. Thanks!
