add new page to android app to use for calling API with map

Hi i am looking to hire a developer who 1) specializes in Android Developing 2) must be someone who has great experience 3) with many years and 4) several developed apps that have been released the app currently has a page where you can type in a address and validate it, then type in some information text in another window, and attach a photo, then call a 2 step API to submit the information the map lookup is using Google Maps API, and only for addresses in USA you need to parse the address thats returned and set the correct parameter when calling the POST API call you also have to make sure the full function of the page is working correctly and perfect, (make sure the search for MAPS api is working smooth etc) the work must be completed on my system, i will provide a way for you to connect to my system to do the work also the work should be completed in normal business hours in the EST time zone i will release 1st milestone payment once the work has been completed and then once we finalize the project (after testing and releasing it tot he market) then i will release the final milestone
