Hi - Android Application - We want to develop Android & Iphones and (then convert to other OS systems thereafter)
In summary the application will have an opening page which will be a simple form of 5 feilds (below) - that the user will fill-in. We then need the application to encript this information and send by 1) HTTP or 2) if WIFI is not avaivable send by SMS to a preset number. The application is to then wait for a responce and display that - ie Transaction Compleated / Transaction Failed etc [login to view URL] will be sent by HTTP reply or SMS.
There will also be some addiotioanl functionality / backoffice / settings required (including detecting the mobile phone number that is being used) that we can discuss later.
Fields - 1 Phone Number (auto detected from phone) / 2 Reload Number #1 / 3 Reload Number #2 / 4 $$ Amount / 5 Password (Fields 2 & 3 must match)
then - Process and Re Display - "Confirm Proceded" - send HTTP
If NO WIFI Issue warning "WIFI NOT available Procede by SMS - Costs apply
Wait responce - (which will be either HTTP / or Inbound SMS) ie Transaction Compleated / Transaction Failed etc etc - End !!
Note - if HTTP - application needs to remain open to receive that reponse / if SMS application needs to detect inbound SMS and read / collect information in that SMS)

We will consider either Fixed Price or Hourly Budget - but have preference for Fixed Price. There is a high likly hood of additional work.
