Create an app compatible with itunes for iphone, ipad and other devices

I would like to create an app which sends the user a tip every day.

They will also be able to view the tips they have already received and there will be links to our mobile site, social media and our products page.

The tips may be delivered as text or short (less than 2 minute) video clips.

Layout, images, logo etc will all be provided.

Developer must also carry out the task of successfully getting the fully functioning app onto the mobile platforms (not just create the app.)
