We want to an app likely in this video: [login to view URL] OpenCV library already ready in github: [login to view URL] -> User opens app -> camera is running when app is opening -> App catch numberplates and check these numberplates local numberplate db. -> If numberplate is match in db app send an notification. -> After App closed, all numberplates saving external server with date and location. * App is getting numberplate db from external server for daily.

Hi, I am interested in this project, as i am an active developer of opencv and recently i have developed a similar app using opencv and android. I have already work on ALPR and ported ALPR on ARM.
