Amazing Game App In Need Of A Parthner And Developer

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Have a AMAZING GAME APP that I have been spending the past couple months outlining and designing . I have searched and have not found any other game app similar to mine . I have hit a minkr road block to complete the design but what i am basically looking for is a parthner or someone with the skillset to turn my idea n design from paper into a REALITY .. I am located in Staten Island New York and would perfer someone local but not opposed to working with someone thru Skype or other online forms of communication .
