I am currently working on an Android App that provides Messaging via the Tor network. Meaning the App transfers data anonymiously and messages can't be read by thirs parties. This project will be completed within the next two weeks. Being a Java programmer for serveral years and having experience in Android development makes me a perfect candidate to your project.
