Android app to generate jpg from user input

The app will consist of 3 screens. 1. The user will select one of N options. N will be a configurable number from 1 to 6. 2. The app will require text inputs from user. The number of the input fields will depend on the option selected at first screen. The label of the inputs will be configurable. The screen will have a submit button. 3. This screen will show a full screen "please wait" image. The app will do the processing while this screen is on. If the processing is quick, this screen should stay on at least for 2 seconds. Each option available in the first screen will be related to an image file (these files are called source images). The user input on the 2nd screen will be translated to arabic. (no language translation is necessary, only the latin letters will be mapped to arabic letters) and the result will be positioned on the certain coordinates on the source image, and a new image will be generated. The new image will be saved to gallery, and the screens will be closed.
