Android application

We have medical lab which is portable can be move anywhere. For our product portable/ mobile medical lab, We require a developer who can develop an android app. An android developer who can develop our app faster in time limit. It will be rapid or prototype type based modeling. We have complete BRD guide to understand the app and layout help for design and development and also have web services. So it is type of plug -in type app. Description for App development: 1. Sync our data from mobile Lab to patient capturing app.(Via bluetooth com-port ) 2. Patient capturing app must have importing facility from web, by using any web services. (Already we have web services to communicate with App.) 3. Develop a module form type app by which Patient can also able to fill the web. The patient who will fill entry by mobile phone get priority rather then who stand in queue. 4. Patient can also pay by any gateway. 5. Result saved in database and android operator app. Patient form fillup --- submit -->in Web ---sync to web ------->Provide queue no(Enroll no) Operator App--- ->Sync data from web----collect patient info------->Get patient by enroll no.--->Fill up test detail------Submit---->Auto generated invoice-----Paid by any wallet or net banking-----> Saved in DB
