Write an app that allows the user to select a range of closely related hues, then a constant saturation and a constant value. Color swatches (containing a color gradient) shall be displayed in a Fragment containing a ListView.

There are Different Phases for this project. Must be able to complete all (Please see the pdf attachment)

Must use Android Studio ( Minimum SDK: API 19: (Android 4.4 KitKat)

ALL PHASES SHOULD BE COMPLETED ON ON BEFORE APRIL 20TH
