Android application with Android Dev Studio and Firebase (need a working simple prototype)

A simple applications consisting of: * Splash screen * Login screen * Main menu * Settings sub-menu * Six very similar sub-menus that impact main menu selection and content (open to design recommendations). * A last seventh sub-menu rendering instructions in formatted text (HTML or other based on your recommendations). The application should allow for user-login, and interaction with a server side database. Mostly involves selecting from lists. Content and some key behaviour to be added at later stages. Database to be populated with more content at later stages apart from minimum information required to test logic. Should be a native android application, using Android Dev Studio and Firebase for authentication and database. I will need access to code and ability to modify on my own after. Inclusion in a Github repository will be advisable. Will be available to answer any questions. I drew specifications for the applications as well as basic database structure. Please see attached file. I think it is a fairly small project where one could easily reuse past code. No design provided, i.e. I need a working prototype for now.
