Animation experts...Write a 2-screen Android application that converts a number and animates the result

I’m looking for an Android developer who is very experienced with animation to create a 2-screen app in Android Studio that converts an inputted number according to a simple algorithm (see attached excel) and displays the result with animation (see attached ppt for full detailed design and spec). Although the animation is straightforward, I need a developer with experience as additional projects will follow if this is done well. Only submissions with details (libraries and tools used) including any feasibility challenges, and reference to past design/animation work will be considered. Submissions with suggestions/ideas on how to make the animation look even better will be strongly favored.
