Brilliant Review App

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Simple App not mush work, Please Read before you bid , its important to know what you are going to build before you bid , ask me if you are not sire , I'm not on rush so I will not be interested in fast bidders or automated bidders. My app is a Review App, where users can sign up and review as mush products or software as they want , also it will rely on some sort of database to grab reviews from internet. User will not be able to review any product if they don't have so an image or a video is required with every review a user make. A review should be done through comment and picture or video. Users will earn points for each review they make and the color of their profile will change depending on how many points they have. The main feature you should give it time is a complex star rating system which depends on many factors not just the comments. Another important feature is the ability to verify some users and make them stand out of the crowd with a unique badge ( earned after verification) In addition to these two pages (user review and resources review) the app should have a profile page and a tip and tricks page dedicated to each product. The design should be colourful ,orgnized and professional Please for the design you should look on how these big names app works and do a unique design but almost as professional as their. Thank you
