Build a Single player bingo game against the clock with powerups and additional features

This project is essentially a single player bingo game against the clock. Each level/room is just a variation of this mechanic with different times, prices and rarities. The classic bingo game-play mechanic is augmented by a cannon firing the ball onto the cards. A skip button helps the player advance as they try to beat the clock and get as many bingos as possible in the time limit. Layers of features are the most complex part of this project: 20 unique Powerups with animated effects, Powerup inventory and Powerup meter Store with popups and purchasable items with in-game soft currency and real cash Collectable items in each room and a gallery to view them Achievements across the game and in specific rooms Teams/community feature pooling friends' progress to win collective prizes Sharing options - players able to send gifts of items, power-ups or credits to friends Facebook connect - let users stay connected and post brags and achievements to their wall XP leveling progression, rewards and unlockables Daily rewards in check-in bonuses, and team rewards A solid First Time User Entry for the main game as well as one for the Teams feature Bonus round - after the timer Room by room leader-boards so friends can challenge each other's scores through FB Setup in such a way that it is easy to add additional levels, in the main progression as well as "Featured" rooms that can be placed in the main menu carousel I also need someone who is good with animating, since some powerups require getting a buffalo run and buck animation, and other effects that involve moving and fading in and out of 2D graphics. I may also need a little help in tweaking some of the background animations. At this point in the process, I have funding for a couple months of coding. I am having the music and VO work done now. Please have a look and give me an estimate of how long a simple game such as this should take. Looking to release this game on iOS, Android and Facebook simultaneously in a couple months.
