Bulk Text Platform and Funamobol integration

These are the requirements we are needing: Online Platform: user login to website portal and upload mobile phone contacts, perhaps with Funamobol then allow user to forward messages (mass SMS) to individuals from site. On website platform users must be able to easily Upload entire mobile contact list, categorize, Remove parties they don't want to receive messages and group others by age, gender, interest and demographics. Then engine then sorts by area code for geo-targeting. The platform needs to operate online on a site that will enable users in the United states and other English speaking countries to: 1) login and upload their contact lists from their cellular phones. 2) Instructions and simple upload by sync is goal (and sync every month or so), as with Funamobol or other systems mentioned in attachment. 3) User will Be able to then select and de-select or group contacts onsite and then mass (sms)text their groups 4) Mass Texts(sms) can also be initiated by a site generated text(sms) to user, who uploaded contacts, user then replies ”forward” to initiate mass text to their groups
