CDSP Ordering/Notification

CDSP (name of app to be made)

Users : admin, school canteen head, faculty member/student

canteen head : can only post all available menu / send notifications to all users (can reply to user upon receiving their order)

faculty members/student : receive news posted by admin and menus from canteen can also send messages to order

admin : can do all the users can except posting menu at canteen side and can add,edit, delete users including admin account.

additional function calendar of event manageable by admin and can be view by all (in calendar can be add, edit, remove events listed by admin only)

using wi-fi connection

I need trusted developer who is up for the job and eager to finish it on time.

I will suggest a logo use as background for login and the motif for all pages.

About the payment i will look on other safe option since i don't have CC or Paypal Acc please i need sure developer who can deliver the job and open minded.
