You should have done something like these.
A simple wordpress based hybrid- iOnic and Angular JS mobile app on 3 platforms for training students
Only 5 courses with total of 100 modules(video trainings)
the app will have free and paid videos and students pay on demand.
It should be a simple app with splash screen, login screen, payment subscription/payment(to be provided by a wordpress payment plugin), and nicely styled app) and free articles-read ups within the app.
Apps should have good security and students would be able to share logins and others login with the details.
I would need to see sample apps you have done to select you.
