Create a Mobile Website

I’m purchasing a rental app script and need a developer to repurpose it for my services. It will need to be adapted to both IOS and Android, and will need some simple graphic design just to fit my product. For an idea of the changes - instead of listing rooms or houses, I’m listing events. Instead of one person being able to rent a house, many people will be able to buy access to an event. There will need to be some geo-targeting, Facebook integration, unique search options, payment gateway set up, etc. However, this is just a prototype so the main objective is to get something clean and functional up and running very soon. If we can connect over the phone to discuss details and understand exactly what type of commitment this will take, that would be great. This subject matter is somewhat unique to American culture, so an understanding US culture and traditions would help. Please let me know if you have any questions.
