Create an app for androïd phone

I'm looking for someone to develop an app to manage tasks on project management tool. I'm looking for someone to create an app will be connected with project management tool. I use an project management tool and I would like an app to create new tasks quickly and easily. The name of the project management tool is aceproject. This app will work as messages app. an area for email adress (should be completed automaticaly by 2 or 3 email adresses) an area for text then 2 bottuns : 1st : done -> the email is sent. 2nd next ->the task is record but not sent. If the user has time to complete the task, the app will ask questions to have information about management of the task, if the user doesn't have to complete immediately the task is just recorded and the user could come back later to complete. This app must be connected with aceproject account of the user.
