Create a custom Android launcher and application

Hi We are a technology company specialising in android tablets, getting them manufactured from china. We are looking to customise our tablets for the customers, please see below. For the Android development system we need the following features: 1. A customer launcher with custom app icons - required a minimalistic look. 2. An google Adsense type advert on homescreen - Like on Amazon kindle or another option is where a customer get a notification once or twice a day with an advert. If the customer clicks on the advert we get paid per click. 3. Custom theme options for a customer - when the customer boots up the tablet for the first time, they can choose a desired theme from a selection. 4. Custom startup for the tablet with following things: Custom boot logo (animated) Product registration on boot up Theme selection Welcome guide with an built in app containing the full tablet manual. 5. Android app built in each tablet with our e commerce store to quick buy the products. 6. Android app built in with product registration option, theme selection, product manual and video guides. 7. We sometime need to send updates (android firmware update) to our tablets so an option of some kind is required where we can send updates to our customer. eg. we should be able to send update to customer to upgrade to android 5.0 when available. These features should be compatible with android 4.4 and android 5.0.
