Create a hybrid e-commerce app

Hello. I want to make a mobile e-commerce app. It should be hybrid, i.e. should be deployed in android play store and apple app store. The app will have the following features: 1. User welcome screen(s) for first-time users, which people need to swipe 2. Without requiring to login, show users various categories in a tiled manner 3. A slider at the top of the home screen, for offers. Clicking on it leads to offer zone, which has some products at discount. 4. Categories should lead to a product browse screen, with ability to sort and filter products 5. Product view page, which has 2-3 pictures of the product; ability to select product colour 6. Discount engine set by admin, along with promo code option. 7. There should be a shopping cart option 8. While payment, users should be prompted to login first using email id and phone number; OTP phone verification 9. PayU payment gateway should be integrated (cards, net banking and wallets), along with COD option 10. Delivery address saved to user profile, once entered 11. After purchase, when the user opens up the app next, option for rating and reviewing product, which should be shown to all 12. FAQ page, along with Contact Us page 13. “Rate Us” popup to show at certain intervals, and also a sidebar button 14. Push notification feature for new offers 15. Google analytics integration We would be requiring the creation of the user-side app, as well as the web server, where we can ensure all the above mentioned functionalities. All wireframes would be provided. The freelancer would be required to first make the PSDs and then do the coding.
