Create very simple HTML5 mobile app (for iOS and Android)

I need a very simple HTML5 app created using Sencha or a similar HTML5 solution. I have a set of 120 images that I need to be able to swipe through to show users. There is no backend integration or complex database needed; we are just showing the user 120 images, allowing the user to swipe through the set of images one at a time, and remove images from the sequence if required. The app will be hosted online for now (and packaged for mobile installation later using a tool like Phonegap). So we can just pull the images from a server folder, which will allow admin to add images as needed. I need the following screens and features: 1. Main Screen with Start button 2. Screen that allows the user to swipe through 120+ images. These are all pre-created, and are currently in PowerPoint format. They all have text, but it is likely easiest just to create images of each slide. So we are just taking PowerPoint slides and making an app out of this Powerpoint. The user will rotate through the slides manually, and will go through the entire deck of slide multiple times. That is, the user will rotate through the set of 120+ images many times, from 1-120, 1-120, etc. 3. An option to Remove an image. That is, there will be a button on the view slide to allow the user to remove the image, so that it does not appear again in the rotation of images. The user will then rotate through the remaining slides without showing the slides that have been removed. 4. Exit button, which will reset the choices made to remove images from the sequence as described above in 3. This is a very simple app, which will take a seasoned HTML5 programmer about 2-3 hours to create. This app must be completed within one day. I can send the existing PowerPoint to programmers if requested.
