Design UI for Mobile Application

A simple UI that offers three basic functionalities for users. 1) "Answer Questions" User is presented with questions from a database. A question consists of a question and multiple answer choices. The user then chooses an answer and also rates how much they liked the question, then they are presented with another question. They keep doing this until they choose to go back to the main menu. Answering questions earns you "points" for your account. 2) "Write Questions" User is given a box to type a question and 4 other boxes for up to 4 possible answer choices. They can also attach optional hashtags to the question. When they submit the question, they are given a unique ID for the question so they can share it directly with friends. It costs points to write a question, so users have to answer questions before writing questions. 3) "Browse Responses" Users can search for questions based on keywords, hashtags, or popularity. They can filter results based on answers to other questions, e.g. "Only show results for users who chose answer X for question Y." The limit to the number of filters that can be applied should be high, like 100. The app will create a unique profile ID for each user and store all answers for that user. The question database should be stored so that can be browsed and filtered online as well. I will need executable code as well as source code.
