Detect mobile TMSI identifier (gsm, 3g, lte): build antenna, hardware and software

I want detect the TMSI of each cellphone in the vicinity, you must build an antenna, then the hardware and the software.

Please, contact me only if you can do this job.

You can do this project with any software or hardware you think, but it must be replicable easily (I suggest to use arduino).

If you can do this project I'll give you some more complex jobs, ever about mobile signal.
