Write and iOS and Android Application

First of all, thank you for your interest in our project. i would like you to read the project Carefully and plz only submit a bid if you are sure of the estimate you will put and the your skills. i would like to make a complete ticketing app. This app will be a queue line ticket that the customer can take on his phone. the ticket will be synced with the bank, or the service the client is going to. So, for example if a client at the bank got a ticket the app will provide a ticket with a number after that ticket. the main idea of this app is to save time for clients and give them notification with the current serving tickets at the location they are going to with the estimate time of his turn. and using the map kit. the client will get notification to go the bank for example when 4 tickets are remaining based on his location from the bank. i would like the clients also to search for a bank or a service and using the map the app will get him the nearest branches that are using our service. this service will also include appointment making in banks for customer services. we will also include mobile services ticketing. So, this app should be integrated the service ticketing system and synced with the app. the client will then get his ticked saved and sent to him on his phone (email, phone number) and then notification will be provided to the client . the client will have to write his phone number, email address, and his full name after ticket booking.
