App used by only 20 advisors around our small notary-office. Advisor fills in the name of customer and requisted service (obtained by answering few questions, a smart form has to be created) . Request will be send to our mysql and the app creates the proposition/offer and mails the offer (you must also create a mail) . All requests have to be saved in mysql. The app contains only a few pages. The advisor has to fill in only once his name, so the next time he wants an offer for a client, the app knows which advisor requests the offer.
