change nickserv auth to gatekeeper auth

hello I run a ircd server unrealircd and anope right now it runs by nickserv auth I would like someone to code a module to change to gatekeeper auth. This auth method is known as GateKeeper for guest connections, and GateKeeperPassport when connecting using a passport. for guest and the passport is grabing a information from a mysql database adding it like I'm not a rich guy so please dont bid big Compete of project to spec will be invited for next project Many Thanks
