Build an ASP.NET Backend and connect frontend

Please do not award before discussing. Tentative bid. Your want to develop the Back End for your application where the main focus is to show the users image in front end, permitted by the Admin. According to your described requirement there will be two or more that two type of users. Admin will be able to Create, Modify and inactive an user. Now, you have specified that there is a chance of present multiple Admin account so I am assuming that there will be a Super Admin who will manage the all users. After Login the End user will be able to upload the Images and Some content as a description of the image. We will store this upload items into the database with the TimeStamp. We will use a Boolean field for identifying that the uploaded item is Approved or Not. Admin will be able to search the recent entry which has not approved or rejected yet. We will show the history in the Admin interface and from there admin will be able to Approve or reject a particular item. Admin will be able to upload the .mp4 video as well. Now, you have specified that the front end design is ready so can you please serve us the html design or you can do one thing that you can upload it in server and serve us the link. I think you will agree that after getting the HTML the requirement will open to us and will help us to make a crystal clear understanding to solve your problem.
