Adobe AIR - Video Creation & Uploading Software

The software we need created using Adobe Air is called the Auto Traffic System. The Auto Traffic System will create thousands of unique videos on the fly using images & MP3 music and/or use a single video and add stored images and music to the end of the video for a random amount of time (1 - 2 minutes). After each video is created a series of events will happen : The newly created video is uploaded to [login to view URL] randomly using one of the stored youtube accounts The Videos Title, Description & Tags & Category are configured by the software using the preset conditions. The same youtube account is used to login to Google + and using they're Link Suggest tool, the url of the video is suggested in google +. The Software submits the Video's URL/Title/Description to 50 - 100 Random Directory sites (from our database) Then Submits the Video's URL/Title/Description to 50 - 100 Random Social Bookmarking Sites (from our database) This entire process will be automated. After the user provides the necessary input, the software will run for hours, days or even weeks. Creating hundreds or even thousands of videos, and after each video is created, going through the steps described above. The software must be crash and freeze proof. If the software encounters an error, it must go back and retry the task until it is successful, But if the task is a minor one, it can skip it. The software must never stop working because of an error. If the internet connection is broken while it is running, it will simply pause and wait until the internet connection is back and the pick up where it left off. They're bust be a build in update system so that when we update the software all users software is updated the next time they run it. When users purchase the software it must require a special license number (different for every PC). This license number must be automatically configured and delivered to the software user instantly after the order process. We're going to be using [login to view URL] for our order process so the license issuing system must be configured inside of this system. [login to view URL] is wordpress based so that should be relatively simple. For the Directory submissions and Social Bookmarking I have existing Code written in .NET you can refer to if that will help with the AIR coding of that part of the software. We will be designing the GUI in Photoshop and delivering the PSD's for you so you can code the software around our PSD designs. I have attached an example JPG of the PSD's were working on now. Please provide an accurate quote and timeframe for completion. If accepted, 100% of your funds will be escrowed and when the software is completed to our satisfaction your funds will be immediately released. We will hope to work with you for months to come, as we will want to add new features as more users are using the software. I have a much more detailed project spec that goes over every aspect of this software's design. But this will due for a accurate bid for now.
