Diablo 2 Dupe Program [Patchv1.13]

I am seeking someone that can create a program that can duplicate virtual items on a game called Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction in the current patch 1.13

these items do not need to be perminant

or

IF you already have a program i am interested in that.

I do not know what you type of job specifically it will deal with but i have noticed from others that .net and c++ are frequently chosen
