C# WIndow form to create a Hierarchy (treeview) from a flat file

This project is to add a new feature to a windows desktop software application called dataDQ. This new feature will allow users to transform the view of an imported text or SQL server table data from a horizontal format to a vertical format. This will allow users to categorize data into an ordered set like a hierarchy (i.e., Treeview). This will also allow users to define relationships between two or more columns of data which has many benefits. DataDQ is a Data Quality, Data Transformation and Product management software suite developed using Visual Studio 2010 C#. You will be provided a small version of this application which will include the code to import text files and SQL server table files. Attached is a detailed specification document and below is a summary of functionality being requested for this project. 1. Using an imported text file or SQL Server table, allow users to assemble a treeview structure from the header record of the imported file. 2. Provide functionality to import data into the treeview structure created above 3. Provide the functionality to save the treeview structure and the mapping configuration from the selected text or SQL server table to a file that can be opened at a later time. 4. Provide the functionality to save the data hierarchy created with imported data as described in 2 above 5. Provide functionality to preview the hierarchy before building 6. Provide a user friendly Interface. Please see attached for more details. The person selected for this project must meet the qualifications described below. 1. Must be proficient with C# 2. Must develop using Visual Studio 2010 3. SQL Server experience necessary 4. Must write clean and efficient C# code which will be reviewed. 5. Code must be delivered before final payment milestone is released I always pay extra for those developers that come up new ideas to improve the design and quick turn around.
