C# (authorization) web application change - repost

C# web application has authorization module that needs modifications. The application needs an interface change to allow the parent authorization to have child authorization elements associated to it. The current parent authorization is in a gridview/table type construct and your design will associate it with the authorization child elements. The child elements essentially provide more specificity for a specific type of authorization. If the authorization is not of the specified type it will have no child elements. The are less than 10 fields that make up the child element that will need to be displayed by your interface. Please see the attached documents for more details.
