Designer and CSS Expert within Devexpress and .net controls framework required

I have a .NET project 90% complete and looking for someone that is extremely experienced with in the Devexpress framework to give the site standard skin/theme a complete makeover. (This is a test project to find a Professional to work with us on the main project) The new site appearance needs to be clean, slick and responsive. Compatible Browsers would be as a minimum:- IE8, IE9, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome Fluid/Liquid website layout The work will include:- • Providing a professional page layout style for master pages • Centralise styles and scripts to the site style sheet / CssClasses /scripts • Standardising and improving the icons across site, size, quality / appearance • Improving the appearance of items such as tree menus, grids and forms etc. Desired finish would be something like this template:- [login to view URL] This project is to prove your capability only.
