Deserialize a file to an object graph in c#

I have a file that I can't seem to deserialize in order to pass the deserialized objects to a web service. Given a wsdl file (with about 5 namespaces) and an xml file, I need the xml file to be deserialized using something similar to the following: XmlNodeReader reader = new XmlNodeReader(mainNode); XmlSerializer serializer = new XmlSerializer(typeof(MainNodeInFile)); MainNodeInFile main = (MainNodeInFile)[login to view URL](reader); I think that it is the namespaces that is causing the problem. I need this done this way because the XML files will be different and these are used to test the web service. I expect this to be a very short amount of work for the right person.
